Storage of access data in server log files

You can visit our websites without having to provide any personal details. We store only access data in so-called server log files. Collection and use of personal data

We collect personal data only if you voluntarily provide it when you register for a trial or make contact with us. Which data is collected can be gleaned from the respective data entry forms. We use the data you have provided to process your requests.

The communicated personal data is stored in a CRM system as well as in the Application Contract Alert installed for you. By means of the CRM system, we inform you about your access data for the test application and give further details on use of the software, updates and offers. At any time, you can withdraw consent to your email address being used by sending a message to the contact option specified below or via a link in the advertising email intended for this.

After expiry of the non-binding test phase for the Software Contract Alert, and, providing you no longer wish to use the software, all of the data in your test application is permanently deleted as a matter of routine.

In the event of continued use of the Software Contract Alert, we will use the personal data of the defined user for contractual fulfilment, such as support queries, and to transmit information on use of the software.

By use of the Software Contract Alert, you will similarly process personal data. You can find out how Contract Alert supports you in the resulting obligations from our web page “Technical and Organisational Measures”.

Routine erasure and blocking of personal data

The party responsible for the processing only processes and stores personal data of the person concerned for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or to the extent provided by the European legislator or other legislators in laws or regulations that the party responsible is subject to.

Should the purpose of such storage lapse or should a storage period prescribed by the European legislator or other legislator expire, the personal data is routinely blocked or erased, in line with the statutory regulations.

Use of cookies

To make the visit to our website easier and enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various web pages. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal.
