New design contract-filter

The contracts filter, which enables you to view types of contract, is now located on a bar on the left hand side.
The following features have been added:
When selecting contractors or departments, you can now make multiple choices, so, for example, you can display all the contracts that belong to a particular department or site.
A new “Pixel” filter has been added. The contracts list is now displayed as a scroll bar, and, depending on the size of your screen, the number of contracts displayed per page can be determined by the user. This setting only needs to be made once, as its stored in your user profile.
We’ve made a few changes to the colors used for displaying contracts. You can check through what each color stands for whenever you open the “Status” filter, so you don’t need to memorize their meaning.
Each filter indicates whether you’ve chosen the “All” criteria or made a “Selection” from the available options.
