Entering Dates – Did you know?
Some options of the software are not always visible and one of them is enterering dates of the contract. Once you entered the starting date, you can enter in the field “ending date” the number of months the contract is running. Same procedure for reminder date: If you want to be notified 6 months before the ending date enter “6” . As well as for the date of notice (3).
Following a sample of a contract running 24 months, 6 months before ending a reminder and 3 months before ending is the date of notice:
